An immediate inspection helps distinguish incompatibility from a defect and creates a clear record if help is needed. Keep labels and protective parts until you have confirmed that the item matches the order.
01Inspection order
- Match the name, model, colour, quantity and included parts against the order.
- Inspect the packaging and item in good light and record visible damage with photos or video.
- Dry-fit the item before removing adhesive liners or single-use protective layers.
- Test a cable or charger with known-good compatible equipment without pulling sideways on a connector.
- Keep the packaging, order number and messages until the check is complete.
If something does not match
Stop installation and describe the issue precisely: phone model, product label, what does not fit and when it became apparent. Clear overview and close-up photographs are usually more useful than a long message without an image.
