The same case can look warmer under a household lamp, cooler beside a window and brighter on a vivid display. A small difference does not necessarily mean the product is a different colour; capture and viewing conditions both affect perception.

- Automatic camera processing can increase contrast and saturation.
- Display profile, eye-comfort mode and brightness alter the image.
- Matte, gloss and transparent finishes reflect their surroundings differently.

How to compare more accurately
Review several photographs, including one in neutral daylight and a close-up of the material. If the shade is critical, request an image beside white paper or a familiar object. A colour name is a useful guide, not a calibrated colour measurement.
