Two accessories made for the same phone can still conflict. A case cut-out is often designed for the bare camera block, while a protector adds width and height. A phone-model compatibility label does not guarantee that the accessories fit each other.
01Check before ordering
- See whether the case surrounds the whole camera island or has individual lens openings.
- Compare the protector's outside dimensions with the inside dimensions of the case cut-out.
- Confirm the protector thickness and the height of the case rim around the camera.
- Ask the seller to confirm the exact combination or show the two products fitted together.
Signs of a poor fit
The case should not bow, lift at the corners or push the protector towards the lenses. There should be no stored tension between the parts. When exact dimensions are unavailable, choose a case with a generous opening or a protector explicitly approved by the case maker.
