Checks, step by step

  1. Conventional blades use an articulated frame, flat blades use a different pressure structure, and hybrids combine features. Compare product lines and manufacturer recommendations rather than judging quality from the label.

  2. Check lengths, adapters and front/rear position. Consult the product instructions for winter use. A ‘winter’ label does not establish its temperature range or care requirements.

  3. Do not run blades frozen to the screen. Streaking can involve the glass or arm as well as the blade. Provide model, year, sizes and connection photos; do not buy by appearance alone.
