Checks, step by step

  1. The cover is the visible outer part and reinforcement is a separate inner component. Some designs also use an absorber. ‘Complete assembly’ does not establish which components are supplied.

  2. Have a workshop identify damaged components after inspection. Record names and numbers or request individual photos. An intact plastic cover is not an assessment of the internal structure.
