01Where to start: cameras, ACS, or cabling?

First, we record events that need to be prevented or proven, access points, the number of users, and downtime requirements. After that, the overall network, power supply, and server part are designed. Otherwise, each subsystem gets its own cables, applications, and weak points.

02Can the existing system be upgraded without full replacement?

Yes, if the audit confirms the condition of cables, network capacity, power supply, protocol compatibility, and availability of administrative credentials. Working elements are preserved, and limitations are shown before purchase.

03How to determine the storage period of a video archive?

By number of cameras, resolution, frame rate, codec, scene activity, and recording mode. First, we determine how many days it usually takes for an incident to be detected, then we calculate the disks and reserve, and not vice versa.

04Will the system work during an internet outage?

Local cameras, recording, and access control can continue to operate without external internet if the facility's network and power supply are functional. Remote viewing and cloud features depend on connectivity; for critical facilities, a backup channel is designed separately.

05Who owns the passwords and configuration after delivery?

To the system owner: we provide administrative access, backup configurations, address plan, and equipment list. The service specialist is left with only the agreed level of access.

06Can video, doors, turnstiles, and gates be combined?

Yes, if the event logic and interface compatibility are defined in advance. For example, a card pass can be linked to the desired video clip, and a vehicle entry—to the number plate, gate, and access log.

07What is included in the service?

Checking the image and archive, system time, disks, network, backup power, controllers, locks, access sensors, and error logs. The composition and frequency are tied to the criticality of the facility, and the results are recorded in a report.
