Cases, screen protectors and camera covers can look nearly identical while differing by a fraction of a millimetre. Record the exact model before ordering instead of relying on the phone's appearance alone.
01A three-minute check
- Open the phone settings and find About phone or General — About.
- Record the full family, generation and version, including Pro, Pro Max, Plus or Ultra.
- If the name is unclear, photograph the camera block, connector and the settings screen showing the model number.
- Match the compatibility statement in the product page exactly; a similar name does not mean identical dimensions.
What you can safely send a seller
The model name, model number and clear exterior photos are enough. An IMEI, serial number, password or account details are not required to choose an accessory. Ask for confirmation before paying if the exact model is not listed.
