An alarm is useful when it immediately shows what happened and what to do. We set priorities, recipients, and backup channels so that an important event is not lost among ordinary messages.

01Where can I receive notifications?
To the app, push notification, SMS, call, or another available channel — it depends on the chosen platform and connected services. Critical events are not left only in a quiet chat.
02Can I add more than one family member?
Yes. For each, we assign rights and event types. For example, the owner receives all alarms, and the assistant — only those that require a physical visit.
03What will happen without mobile internet for the owner?
A phone will not receive push notifications until the connection is restored. For a critical facility, we consider SMS, voice calls, dispatching, or a trusted person contact, depending on budget and risk.
04Can I turn off unnecessary messages?
Yes. First, we separate incidents from service messages, then configure the frequency and merging of repeats. The goal is to maintain attention to truly important alarms.
05Does the system show if the automatic action was triggered?
If feedback is available — yes. We prefer to confirm not only the sending of a command but also the actual state of the valve, power, gates, or other actuating device.
06Is the event history stored?
Most platforms have a log, but the period and level of detail vary. Before selection, we check which events need to be stored and who has access to them.
