01How many hours will the backup power last?

This depends on total power, capacity, efficiency, temperature, and battery condition. First we measure or confirm the load, then calculate several autonomy scenarios.

02Can only cameras and internet be left running?

Yes, but the entire chain must be included: cameras, PoE switch or power units, recorder if necessary, router, and provider equipment on the house side.

03Will a regular computer UPS do?

Sometimes for a small load, but it is necessary to check the voltage waveform, power, operating time, cooling, battery replaceability, and correctness with specific equipment.

04How do I know if the battery is still working?

Age cannot be judged precisely. A load test, voltage monitoring, discharge time, and self-diagnosis messages are required. Such a test is included in maintenance.

05Can I connect solar panels?

Yes, if the task requires longer autonomy and a compatible inverter circuit is chosen. For short outages, a simple backup may be more rational than a full solar system.

06What happens after a full discharge?

The system must correctly disable sensitive devices and start up in a safe sequence after network recovery. We test this scenario during commissioning.
