A scenario understandable without technical terms
At night, the boiler starts operating unstably. A specialized sensor detects a dangerous concentration, triggers a local alarm, and sends notifications. The scenario can turn off selected equipment or activate ventilation only after checking compatibility and safety requirements.

01Does one sensor detect smoke, gas, and carbon monoxide?
It should not be considered a rule. Different sensors respond to different substances. We choose the model according to the specific risk source and check its purpose in the documentation.
02How does carbon monoxide differ from a household gas leak?
Carbon monoxide arises from incomplete combustion and has no smell. Leakage of natural or liquefied gas is another hazard and requires the appropriate sensor and placement.
03Where is the gas sensor installed?
The height depends on which gas is monitored, and the distance depends on the source, ventilation, and layout. Therefore, the device is not placed according to a universal scheme without checking the type of fuel.
04Can the gas be automatically shut off?
Only with a compatible certified solution and considering the requirements for gas equipment. Such work is coordinated separately and, if necessary, carried out with a specialized organization.
05Does the smart sensor replace the mandatory fire alarm?
No, if fire automation is required by regulations for the facility. Home Safety can complement it with remote notifications, but does not replace the mandatory system.
06Why does the sensor beep for no apparent reason?
Causes may include steam, dust, aerosol, low battery, sensor expiration, or a real event. We do not turn off the device blindly: we first determine the signal code and check the environment.
